Larry has enjoyed over 40 years in the wood industry in numerous positions. For the last 15 years he has been the owner of NRG Associates which he purchased from its founder Ty Gillies in 2003. Larry is a panel and hardware expert and enjoys troubleshooting technical issues with his customers. When he's not solving plant problems Larry enjoys creating pottery and eating crab cakes. He is an avid trombone player.
Jeff has spent over 25 years in the wood industry in a variety of capacities. His expertise is in adhesives and their application. Jeff is the technical advisor for Wood Web's Adhesive forum and can often be found leading gluing seminars around the country. When he's not selling glue and related products he enjoys hiking and riding dirt bikes.

Eric has been part of the wood industry for over 20 years. His technical expertise allows him to help customers troubleshoot a variety of potential plant issues. Eric is considered a valuable resource by a number of influential companies around the country. When he's not winning friends and influencing people Eric enjoys training show cats.
A former Spanish teacher, Kelly has brought her classroom skills to bear for the good of NRG for over 10 years. Her responsibilities include logistics, order entry, trouble shooting and vendor management. When she is not managing the sales team Kelly enjoys practising the didgeridoo and other aboriginal instruments.
